Posting an obituary

Add the person's name and years of birth and death as the Title. Copy or transcribe the obituary from the source. If unclear, ensure the location is added. The actual birth and death dates may not be in the body of the obituary but many funeral homes will include that information elsewhere on the page. If this is the case, add the birth and death dates as the first line of the post. Finally, for obituaries copied from online sources, copy the URL as the last line of the post. If an obituary is being transcribed from a physical source (such as a newspaper clipping), add a reference to the source to the post.
